Bosun

60m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a well-established 60m+ private motor yacht with previous world-cruising experience and a strong focus on crew development.

The yacht is currently in the Med and will be entering an extensive shipyard period, making this a great opportunity for someone with refit experience who enjoys being hands-on and getting involved in large projects.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Yachtmaster qualification
• Be actively working towards their OOW
• Have previous refit/shipyard experience
• Diving qualifications would be a bonus
• Be keen to continue developing their skills and take on additional responsibility

The vessel places a strong emphasis on training and progression, with mentoring available from senior crew, alongside a training allowance and bonus structure.

With a well-established team onboard and owners who value their crew, the yacht is looking for someone who is keen to commit for the long term and become part of the team.
