Operations Manager

Wilsonhalligan are looking for an Operations Manager, based in the Netherlands.

As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for 

• Ensuring the efficient and sustainable operations of the offices within the assigned area.
• Managing supplier relations, assessing efficiency and quality, whilst identifying new opportunities to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing all aspects of customers stay, including clearance activities, and related offerings, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Representation of the company at relevant shows and events
• Effective communication and coordination across all locations supporting the consistent implementation of policies, standards, strategies and code of conduct.

Please note, previous agency experience is required.
