Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Works Manager, based within Hampshire.

As a Works Manager, you will be responsible for -

• Having an in-depth knowledge of the current and upcoming workload
• Assisting in planning the weekly schedule
• Manage and support the team
• Assist with ordering materials, ensuring they are available as and when needed
• Tool and equipment management 

Experience -

• Experience working in the luxury yacht industry preferable
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and understanding of quality processes
