Captain
30m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and proactive Captain to join a 35m commercial motor yacht currently in the South of France.
This is a permanent position for a confident and capable Captain who combines strong operational and leadership skills with an empathetic, hands-on approach to crew management. The successful candidate will have proven experience on similar-sized motor yachts and be comfortable taking responsibility for all aspects of the vessel's operation.
Winter season plans unconfirmed.

- Experience: Proven Captain experience on similar-sized vessels is essential
We are looking for a Captain who is:
- Experienced in commanding motor yachts of a similar size and operational profile
- Dynamic, proactive and solutions-focused
- A strong and empathetic leader who can create a positive, professional onboard environment
- Confident managing a six-person crew and maintaining high operational standards
- Organised and comfortable overseeing upcoming shipyard and winter works
- Professional and composed when dealing with owners, guests, crew, contractors and shore-based management
- Hands-on when required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
