Wilson Halligan is currently seeking an experienced Rotational Purser to join a highly reputable 75m private/charter motor yacht operating a busy dual-season, worldwide cruising programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established vessel with an exciting itinerary, working closely alongside the Captain to manage the yacht's administrative, logistical and guest operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing and managing detailed guest itineraries.
• Delivering a high-end guest concierge service.
• Coordinating vessel logistics, movements and port clearances.
• Helicopter and travel coordination.
• Crew administration, including contracts, payroll, leave planning and travel arrangements.
• End-of-month bookkeeping, invoicing and payment management.
• Providing administrative support to the Captain and senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Purser experience on 60m+ yachts.
• Strong itinerary planning and logistics experience.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and organisational skills.
• A professional, guest-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
• A sound understanding of MLC and general yacht operations.
• A proven history of longevity and experience within busy, worldwide cruising programmes.
• English as a first language preferred.
