40m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking a Rotational Chief Engineer to join a 40m+ Private Motor Yacht. The vessel is based in Greece for the summer and Italy for the winter, with an upcoming 5-month refit and paint period scheduled from October 2026 until March 2027.
The ideal candidate will hold a Y2 (or equivalent), have experience on similar-sized vessels, and a strong background in refits and surveys. Confidence with AV/IT systems and guest-facing troubleshooting is essential, along with a proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support other departments during guest trips.
