Position: Head of Service (HOS) – 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

Wilson Halligan is looking for an exceptional Head of Service (HOS) to join a prestigious 120m+ private yacht with a well-established program. This is a rare opportunity for a senior service professional to step into a leadership role within a highly supportive and stable team environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the yachting industry (service)
• 1–2 years proven leadership experience on large vessels preferred
• Confident yet discreet in guest interaction and communication
• Kind, compassionate, and team-first mindset
• Immaculate presentation and professional composure
• Mature, adaptable, and open-minded
• Ability to integrate seamlessly into an established program and crew
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including:
  • Crew & guest provisioning
  • Inventory management
  • SOP creation and implementation
  • Training and onboarding
