We are seeking a motivated Junior Deckhand to join an 80m+ Private Motor Yacht with an incredible itinerary and generous training budget.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and active crew onboard a well-run vessel offering excellent career progression.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience on a similar-sized vessel

• B1/B2 visa (essential)

• Fit, active, and team-oriented

• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

• Keen to develop skills and grow within the industry
