Food safety legislation requires that food handlers receive an appropriate level of food safety training for their role.

MCA recognised food safety courses on Zoom include;
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, suitable for Stewardesses and Chefs
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Refresher, suitable for all food handlers who already possess an existing regulated food safety qualification but are in need of an updated certificate.
Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering which is relevant for all Chefs and anyone with responsibility for supervising food safety, particularly Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, supervisors and managers.
Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering is relevant for Head Chefs, Executive Chefs, managers. This qualification is a five day qualification and is sufficient training to register to deliver food hygiene training (subject to a suitable training qualification).
In addition to our regular courses on Zoom, all of our courses are now available as in-house courses, delivered on zoom.
