Seagoing Positions
We welcome applications from Deck, Engine, Electrical/Electronic and Interior professionals. Crew already serving within the large yacht industry and holding STCW 95 certification, who may be ready for a new challenge either now or in the near future.
Candidate Registration

We would equally like to hear from those who have certification from commercial or naval vessels and feel they have the personal qualities for a career working on large motor or sailing yachts, whom we may be able to help in providing an entry to employment.

Shore-based Positions
We also recognise the infrastructure that supports the yachts ashore and offer opportunities provided by our clients seeking marine managers, naval architects, marine superintendents and surveyors and welcome applications and CV’s directly by e-mail to enquiries@wilsonhalligan.com for these positions.

Crew Vetting
To meet with the requirements if the International Safety Management and Security Codes (ISM & ISPS) we offer a vetting service to a format approved by a major flag state. The vetting service comprises a detailed analysis of the qualifications, experience and references of a representative number of the crew serving on those yachts complying with the Codes.

Team Building
Whilst recognising the authority of the Captain, we also understand the importance for him/her and crew on large yachts to work together - great teams increase outputs, increase co-operation and increase job satisfaction. Intuitively, we all know that a cohesive crew will result in a happier and more productive working unit. wilsonhalligan support Symphony to provide 2 day team building courses.
