Precis : Building on our success, an opportunity has arisen for an 'in house' recruitment consultant to work in our Hamble, Nr Southampton, offices. This individual will be in addition to our existing recruitment specialists.

The right candidate will join a knowledgeable and motivated team, who are at the heart of the success of our company. We like to generate an open, supportive and close-knit working atmosphere. An environment where opinions count and you will have an opportunity to really contribute, feel valued and have a say in shaping the future policies and direction of the company.

In simple terms, our consultants recruit Officers, Interior (Hospitality) and Dive/Deck crew for some of the largest and finest private and commercial 'superyachts' in the world.

Candidates will need to be prepared to travel to yacht centres overseas, but will work from Hamble, UK and will need to live within an acceptable commuting distance.

It follows that we are looking for an exceptional individual. There are two areas that are of equal importance to us. Firstly, you will need to have a marine or recruitment background - preferably both. It is particularly advantageous to have yacht, cruise or other commercial seagoing experience or relevant shorebased involvement with 'crew'. Secondly, the successful candidate will display the personal characteristics that we have identified to fit quickly and seamlessly into the existing team.

This is a salaried position with a basic wage and a generous commission structure where the aim should be for you to double your salary or beyond, when thoroughly familiar with our working practices. Support, guidance and training will be given.

Precis : Dive qualifications are essential for this role which will operate closely with the bosun. This is a non-rotational position, although the yacht will only work during the summer months, being based in the Middle East.

Previous experience on yachts of a similar size is requested.

Precis : Our client is looking for a Housekeeper to work on their new build which is an 80mt motor yacht.

This position is responsible for ensuring the owners and their guests are provided with the highest level of service and attention. Additionally, this role is also responsible for keeping the yacht maintained to an immaculate condition.

Precis : For the interior positions, candidates must be very presentable, be able to demonstrate solid career progression, as well as show good longevity and continuity of service. Yacht experience will in most cases be required.

Title : APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR VARIOUS RATINGS POSITIONS ABOARD 4, POTENTIALLY 5, NEW BUILD YACHTS IN THE 100 M RANGE, Ref: Rat-1
Precis : For the deck rating positions, we are looking for commercially rated deckhands and bosuns, who have a good history of seagoing experience and, in particular, excellent tender skills. A cruise background is preferable since on boats of this size, their operation will be very similar, requiring focused and dynamic individuals, who are comfortable working as part of a large multinational crew. As such, the successful candidates will be resourceful and ambitious, able to cope in a dynamic environment that can be highly stressful.
