Title : CHIEF ENGINEER  New Ref: 880976
Precis : Our Client a 60m Motor Yacht is requiring a Chief Engineer.

Qualification required Minimum of Y2 or 2nd Engineer Unlimited

Candidates must have previous yacht experience of similar sized yachts.

Ideal candidates would have new build or refit experience. A history with Caterpillar engines would be advantageous.

Position is to start - ASAP

This is a permanent position with approximately 42 days leave a year.

Title : DECKHAND 160M+ NEW BUILD  New Ref: 880740
Precis : Our client a 160m+ new build is requiring applications from experienced Deckhands.

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience as Deckhand onboard yachts of 70m and greater.

Ideal candidates would hold either Yacht Master qualifications or Efficient Deckhand certificate.
Duties would include all aspect of Deck maintenance; varnishing, polishing and washing down along with launching, recovering and driving of the onboard Tenders, responsible to the Bosun and Chief Officer.

A history in Tender boat driving and Awlgrip products would be an advantage.

Title : HEAD HOUSEKEEPER   New Ref: 880926
Precis : The Head Housekeeper must have good experience aboard yachts, responsible for the upkeep of all interior guest and crew areas, solid working knowledge and experience of caring for fine materials and furnishings, able to train inexperienced steward/esses in housekeeping and laundry procedures, and needs to be very confident in a supervisory role running the housekeeping department and organizing and creating work lists and rosters for up to 8 stews, including ongoing interior maintenance planning for yacht with a large interior volume.

Working under the direction Chief Steward/ess the candidates must be willing to work hands on with steward/esses in the department as required.

Title : HOUSEKEEPER / NURSE  New Ref: 880874
Precis : This position has dual responsibilities to fulfil the medical needs as well as the service needs of the yacht. The Stewardess /Nurse ensures the owners, guests and crew are provided with onboard medical care and to ensure the owners and their guests are provided with the highest level of service and attention specifically tailored to their needs during their stay on board.

Current “Registered Nurse” certificate and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience post registration; emergency, travel and/or dive medicine experience preferred.

The individual must be comfortable working in a remote nursing environment without the hands on support of a nursing team.

Familiarity with different Housekeeping techniques, this may include: detail cleaning procedures, turn down services, knowledge of laundry operation and inventory control.

Precis : We currently have a range of 100+ meters yachts looking for a highly experienced Bosun with a minimum level of 2 years on yachts larger than 70 meters. A wide range of knowledge of deck maintenance will be required, be capable of supervising deckhands, driving tenders and maintaining the highest standards of finish. The ideal candidates will have their Yachtmaster qualifications and appropriate References.
