wilsonhalligan is managed and run by qualified administrative staff and experienced human resource and recruitment consultants; we understand the roles, conditions and unique lifestyles of those who serve onboard large yachts, together with the maritime certification regulations and requirements that apply today.

wilsonhalligan make no charges to candidates registering with us for employment. All Candidates should however, hold Basic Training certification to the Standards of Training Certificate and Watchkeeping ie, STCW 95 qualifications or Certificates of Competency for Officer positions.
