In 2006 “wilsonhalligan” was formed combining the resources of Terry Wilson and Jim and Linda Halligan to provide a professional and personal recruitment service for the Owners, Managers and Captains of large private and chartered yachts.
Now in our third year of operation we have dedicated consultants responsible for the various crew categories as follows:

Terry Wilson As one of the founders and a Director, Terry is at the forefront of the company, overseeing the day to day recruitment activities on behalf of our clients.
Terry has been actively employed in human resource management and recruitment within the marine industry throughout his working life, covering both seagoing and shore-based positions. During his career Terry qualified in personality profiling, psychometric testing and a variety of interview techniques.

- wh provide CV's to our clients on a selective basis - typically 2 or 3, in the belief that these candidates are best suited to the unique requirements of the individual and the position available. We do not employ the 'scatter-gun' approach of swamping clients with superfluous CV's
