As one of the founders, Terry Wilson is at the forefront of the company, overseeing the day to day recruitment activities on behalf of our clients.
Terry has been actively employed in human resource management and recruitment within the marine industry throughout his working life, covering both seagoing and shore-based positions. During his career Terry qualified in personality profiling, psychometric testing and a variety interview techniques.

Linda Halligan is also a founder of the company and has the role of office and quality manager. Lin has administrative qualifications and has previously worked for marine surveyors and consultants having large yacht interests and provides support to the recruitment team. |

John Luckhurst heads the crew recruitment section. John joined wilsonhalligan from another major recruitment company and is an experienced consultant. John works closely with Terry ensuring a shared awareness of the company’s day to day recruitment activities. |

Edward Hamilton (Ed) provides administrative support to the team, using his IT and data base skills. He has experienced the large yacht environment through family connections working in the industry, giving him a thorough understanding of life onboard. |

Jim Halligan is a marine engineer and surveyor, well known within the yacht industry for his safety code compliance work, condition surveys and consultancy.
Jim remains on hand to provide a supporting role to the recruitment team particularly in handling technical enquiries as they may arise.
